Orange color marks fixed holidays

Blue color marks the pre-approved days which do not require the manager approval

The weeks highlighted in the calendar with an orange box represent the period during which it is mandatory to take one week of vacation

The procedure for holiday authorisation 

1. Formal request via email to department manager for specific holiday days. HR should always be included in the copy of the email. 

2. If approved by the Manager and HR department, a written reply of approval or denial will be sent via email.

3. When the holiday is approved, you can proceed to introduce the dates on FACTORIAL.
